MCES GATHERS AND TRACKS two types of information about users:

1. Information MCES gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and better understand our audience.

2. Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to contact us via the website (email, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or SMS), to purchase our services and products, receive our electronic newsletters, volunteered testimonials, and from participation in polls and surveys.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time the website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval.

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we absolutely need the data to process your contact and you cannot send the contact without providing it. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process your inquiries exclusively.

Purchase Policy of our Products or Services

When you buy a product or service, your personal information is never gathered in our website. It is gathered by our Content Management System (CRM), and it is not held in our website. They keep it safe for your and our convenience and they are not allowed under any circumstance to share that information without our consent.

When you become a member, your contact information is shared with our newsletter management system. If you prefer not to receive the newsletter, you can opt out following a link at the bottom of every email.

If you want your information removed from our CRM for any reason, contact us at support@musiccityenergyspa.com and we will do it diligently. Please notice that if you purchase a service or product later on, we will need that information again and you will be added to the CRM and the Newsletter management system again.

Your name and email is shared also with our marketing team, and used to find new people like you to help. If you do not want your information to be used in this manner, please contact us and you will be removed.

Electronic Newsletter

You can also opt in our Newsletter without buying a product or service. MCES does not save the information locally, but through our newsletter service provider, which gathers name and email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page.

Testimonials

We share the testimonials you generously provide to us in our website, newsletter and social media. This is gathered by a dedicated system managed by our CRM, or the social media where you choose to share it publicly. We do not share any private communication regarding the use of the EE system or any of our services by you, without your previous consent.

Polling

We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. MCES may use a system to “tag” users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

Surveys

MCES may occasionally conduct user surveys. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our marketing team. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.
